I serve as the College Counseling Specialist at College Bound working with our High School Seniors to prepare for, and navigate the college process. I oversee the coaches who support students 1on1 and help put class preparations in place to develop students college knowledge. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment for students to navigate the college process and try to obtain their academic, financial, and personal/social goals when choosing a college

I work directly with first year collegian scholars as a coach, mentor, and advisor to serve as a guiding light as they navigate their first year of college. I serve to add value to the value thy already have and to help scholars meet their full potiential.

As an Academic Specialist, I meet with students to assess their academic needs, make a plan to alleviate barriers, and provide strategies and tools to help students become successful college students. I provide individual coaching sessions, as well as facilitating POD sessions to help sharpen their professional skills.

As the 10th grade academic specialist, I help 10th grade students succeed academically in their sophomore year and beyond. This involves identifying and understanding student academic needs, helping students set achievable and relevant academic goals, and providing students with whatever support they may need to achieve those goals.

As the Prep Program Manager, I work with the 10th & 11th grade specialists to develop and implement programming that will assist students gain effective study habits, increase academic skills, prepare for the ACT, and set goals for post-secondary education. As an exceptional student educator and trained school counselor, I believe it is necessary to understand and address the needs of the whole student when preparing for college success.

As the Stabilization Specialist with the CB@STLCC team, I support students with personalized wraparound services, helping them navigate challenges and stay on track towards their college education and career goals.

I am the Stabilization Specialist working as part of the 11th grade team to provide wraparound support services in order to empower students and their families to pursue their goals.

I manage our fundraising operations which includes gift processing and database management, coordinate stewardship efforts, and provide support for fundraising events.

I am the Possibility Specialist for the Completion team, and I support students to think critically about the kinds of lives they want to design for themselves as professionals. I strive for students to discover and be confident in the identification of their life’s purpose, values, aptitudes, and skills, and how they can craft a future where they can find joy and fulfillment in work.

I help students with future planning which includes figuring out what they want to study, exploring career paths, or preparing to transfer schools. I use tools like U-Science to measure attitudes and interests so students can better understand themselves and make informed decisions. My role is to guide them through the process of discovering their goals and creating a plan that feels right for them. I care about making sure students feel supported and confident as they take steps toward college and beyond.

I focus on performance improvement, quality control, and program-wide initiatives related to the organization’s strategic plan. By developing our continuous evaluation system, I help refine and implement the program’s response to the strategic plan, communicate to program staff about the extent and rationale of each initiative, and coordinate the various processes related to their achievement.

I guide students in discovering their passions & intellectual interests. This allows us to craft the best-fitting path for their college & career interests. I care about providing my students an open-minded, space where we focus on our intentions. This makes way for deep self-reflection and more opportunities to grow into themselves.

I’m dedicated to helping minority students at Ranken thrive by boosting their retention rates. I provide personalized academic support, individual coaching, study habits/skill building, and act as a liaison between Ranken and College Bound. I play a key role in assessing students’ academic readiness and ensuring their mindset aligns with college success, facilitating academic classes, and collaborating with specialists to identify students who would benefit from academic interventions.

As the CB@Ranken Program Manager, I lead program strategy, support student persistence, and partner with faculty and staff to connect students with the academic, financial, and personal resources they need to succeed.

As an Academic Specialist on the Completion team, I’m here to support students and help them to be successful in their post-secondary educational careers. Helping students find a path to self-determination has and will always be my passion!

As the 10th grade Stabilization Specialist I will provide early intervention to students and their families to eliminate barriers that may interrupt their basic needs and wellness. I also empower students and their families through psychosocial education to equip them with the skills and resources they can apply now and in the future. Overall, I help students create attainable goals to alleviate any factors that would negatively impact their future as college graduates.

I spend majority of my time meeting with students in therapeutic sessions or helping them with case management needs. Outside of those duties we put together program team trainings, collaboration opportunities, and social emotional learning classes.

As part of the Mental Health Services team, I am a resource for College Bound students and staff on mental health and wellbeing. I offer individual counseling and group therapy services for students.
