Our Staff

I spend majority of my time meeting with students in therapeutic sessions or helping them with case management needs. Outside of those duties we put together program team trainings, collaboration opportunities, and social emotional learning classes.

As the Prep Program Manager, I work with the 10th & 11th grade specialists to develop and implement programming that will assist students gain effective study habits, increase academic skills, prepare for the ACT, and set goals for post-secondary education. As an exceptional student educator and trained school counselor, I believe it is necessary to understand and address the needs of the whole student when preparing for college success.

As the CB@Ranken Program Manager, I lead program strategy, support student persistence, and partner with faculty and staff to connect students with the academic, financial, and personal resources they need to succeed.

As an Academic Specialist, my role is to help students define their goals, develop behaviors that contribute to success, and overcome obstacles along the way! Several main goals include academic achievement, fiscal responsibility, and matriculation to college.

I serve as the College Counseling Specialist at College Bound working with our High School Seniors to prepare for, and navigate the college process. I oversee the coaches who support students 1on1 and help put class preparations in place to develop students college knowledge. My ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment for students to navigate the college process and try to obtain their academic, financial, and personal/social goals when choosing a college

I work directly with first year collegian scholars as a coach, mentor, and advisor to serve as a guiding light as they navigate their first year of college. I serve to add value to the value thy already have and to help scholars meet their full potiential.

As a 10th-grade Academic Specialist, my role is to guide students through their academic journey, helping them build essential skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for college success. I’m dedicated to empowering students to reach their full potential and confidently pursue their educational goals.

As a Possibility Specialist, I empower and support students to create and take the necessary steps to build a fulfilling college experience and professional life.

I am the Stabilization Specialist working as part of the 11th grade team to provide wraparound support services in order to empower students and their families to pursue their goals.

I am the Possibility Specialist for the Completion team, and I support students to think critically about the kinds of lives they want to design for themselves as professionals. I strive for students to discover and be confident in the identification of their life’s purpose, values, aptitudes, and skills, and how they can craft a future where they can find joy and fulfillment in work.

I guide students in discovering their passions & intellectual interests. This allows us to craft the best-fitting path for their college & career interests. I care about providing my students an open-minded, space where we focus on our intentions. This makes way for deep self-reflection and more opportunities to grow into themselves.

As the 10th grade Stabilization Specialist I will provide early intervention to students and their families to eliminate barriers that may interrupt their basic needs and wellness. I also empower students and their families through psychosocial education to equip them with the skills and resources they can apply now and in the future. Overall, I help students create attainable goals to alleviate any factors that would negatively impact their future as college graduates.

As part of the Mental Health Services team, I am a resource for College Bound students and staff on mental health and wellbeing. I offer individual counseling and group therapy services for students.
