Programs
A Pathway to Lifelong Success
Our programs are developed to provide individualized, evidence-based interventions in the areas of college advising, academic skill building and enrichment, mental health and wellness, career exposure and education, financial assistance, socioemotional learning and more. Through a supportive community of professionals, our Programs improve the education and career success of students facing economic and structural barriers through three different offerings:
To and Through
Launched in 2006, To and Through is College Bound’s flagship program, designed to guide students from their sophomore year of high school through college graduation—or up to six years after high school. This relationship-based program offers individualized, year-round support to help students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
CB@STLCC
Founded in 2017, CB@STLCC is an on-campus program located at STLCC–Forest Park. Designed for first-time degree seekers who are low-income or first-generation students, this program offers an immersive community experience that empowers students to succeed academically, transfer to four-year colleges, and start meaningful careers.
CB@Ranken
Launched in 2021, CB@Ranken serves first-year students at Ranken Technical College in Saint Louis. This immersive, campus-based program helps students navigate technical training while addressing barriers to success, ensuring they graduate and compete for high-value careers in the local workforce.
