Program Overview

Launched in 2006, To and Through is College Bound’s flagship program, designed to guide students from their sophomore year of high school through college graduation—or up to six years after high school. This relationship-based program offers individualized, year-round support to help students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

Who Can Apply?

To and Through is designed for Saint Louis City and County students who are:

  • Low-income or the first in their family to attend college
  • Ready to start the program during the summer after their freshman year of high school
  • Maintaining a GPA of 2.5 or higher (exceptions considered for motivated students facing personal challenges)

Because this program is built on personal interaction, students must live close enough to participate in in-person services.
